Jeebus listens to Fox News and packs heat, he is a patriotic American.
That cartoon reminds me of an advertisement in the Adelaide "Advertiser" many years ago. It was about Easter time and the Salvation Army placed the advert showing Jesus in the temple, whipping money-lenders and overturning tables. I'll never remember the words used in the caption but the basic gist of the message was: Jesus was no pansy. He was as tough as nails - the implication being that church wasn't just for old ladies; "real" men could go there too.
