If you want to quote a person in a previous post to a topic you can use the Reply button that is between Edit and Multi Quote.
If you want to paste in some text as a quote in your reply paste your text, then select it and click

When you are using Multi Quote do not use the Reply button, instead near the bottom of the page hit the Add Reply button
.

If you want to quote several posts at the same time:
- click "multiquote" on each post you wish to quote.
- then click "Add Reply"
- all the quotes will appear in the Reply Box, and you can start typing your responses.
