In his most recent prayer letter Billy Graham thinks he's delivering just another one of his fire and brimstone sermons, but he is unwittingly admitting that his lifelong mission (to have the whole world believing and behaving like him) has ended in failure. He laments

• the terrible downward spiral of our nation’s moral standards and the idolatry of worshiping false gods such as technology and sex
• Self-centered indulgence, pride, and a lack of shame over sin are now emblems of the American lifestyle
• My heart aches for America and its deceived people.

Of course, things aren't as bad he says they are - technology and sex, for example, are not "false gods" and people do not "worship" them. Nevertheless, from Billy's point of view, it's all been a waste of time.

This guy is so dumb that if you put a banana on top of his head it would take him a week to figure out what just happened.

He is so dumb he thinks he has an Invisible Friend who likes him the most. Maybe his Invisible Friend is attracted to the stupid?

At least he had the good sense to realize that his entire life had been a dismal failure before he dies, because he would not be thinking about it later.

Billy Grahams gospel might be good for toilet paper but not much else. Soon Mr. Graham will be preaching the gospel to the worms and that will be the end of his nonsense.
