For me what works, well first off, I'm a night feeder. I eat more at night, if I get up and eat a hearty breakfast it doesn't matter I'll still eat more at night. So I basically just eat light throughout the day so I can have a decent dinner. NO SECOND HELPINGS
There are a few schools of thought on this, I have read it doesn't matter when you consume you daily caloric intake as long as you don't eat more than you should. Again it works for me, I know my body, I have been dieting since I was a teenager and I'm a diet expert, every fatso or ex-fatso is.
Hang in there Jonathan, I do know one thing, while losing weight and you do reach a plateau, which I did a few times, I'd just eat strictly no carbs for a few days or just fruit and veggies for a few days and that would help.
I haven't seen anybody mention food combining, that is how I mostly eat and it really does work.
