From the news item:

Oketch is among hundreds of thousands of Christian men in this East African nation who have multiple wives despite Catholic and other church teachings.

As long as they pay their tithes the church will turn a blind eye.

How many men do you really want to pick up after?

Hahaha.....I don't pick up after the one I've got. I told him from day one, I was not his mother.

While I am not categorically opposed to polygamy, I cannot support the Kenyan law precisely because it does not allow multiple husbands.

There is an old Jewish joke, about the Book of Job.

With everything that Job had to endure and suffer -- how is it that Job never lost his wife?

Because everything that Job lost was replaced -- double.  Even God wasn't mean enough, to aflict two wives on Job.

I never said it was funny.
