That Feeding The Mutitudes routine has always been a joke.

 

In Matthew 14:13-31 The disciples watch as Jesus miraculously feeds 5000 people with five loaves and two fish.

 

A few days later (Matthew 15:29-39) Jesus decides to pull the stunt again by feeding 4,000 people. The disciples seem to have completely forgotten about the earlier miracle and wonder how on earth the job could be completed. “Where could we get enough bread in this remote place to feed such a crowd?” they ask in Matthew 14:33.

 

That's funny stuff.
