The cathedral of Notre Dame is on fire. The spire has collapsed.

Yes, one more time with no prevention or protection.....just as it was with the church shooting in our province yesterday....one dead, another in hospital.

That cathedral was an architectural and historical treasure. I'm glad that Sky Monster protected the innocent buildings nearby in Paris and focused Its anger directly on the HRCC property.

Still, a great loss for the good people of France.

Catholics (and perhaps other Christians) are now celebrating the fact that the replica of the torture device used to brutally kill their lord and savior was spared.

Yet if you said that verbatim to them they would simply dismiss you without considering the facts.

Here we go. Overheard my mom’s audio, which said that Mary “allowed the cathedral to be sacrificed,” because now the world’s attention is on the Catholic Church, and hopefully, this attention will draw more people to Jesus. The commentary specifically stressed that it was not “the enemy” who started the fire. (I’ll try to ignore the question of how they know all this.)

It occurred to me that the world’s attention was already on the Catholic Church, for a different reason. Since Satan didn’t start the fire, and the god’s mommy let it happen, could it be that the god started the fire as a distraction? (Of course this assumes that Jesus would give a Rat’s zinger about an international child rape trafficking ring.)

Somehow, they will find a way to blame Atheism.  Or Atheists.  Or Secularism.

You predicted that in post #8. I'm impressed.

I have no precognitive powers.  This is simple pattern recognition.  After every major disaster, they pray and blame the secular.  If the usual pattern holds, they will find some way to blame Gay people.  Preferably, secular, gay people.  Still, the culture is shifting.  Gay people have rights now.

They used to blame Jews for everything.  That's fallen out of fashion.

Yes.  All the pesky women.  Not knowing their place.  Demanding equal rights.  Demanding respect.  Small wonder they get Sky Daddy all upset.

Of course.  No wonder Sky Daddy ordered execution, for all the non-virgin women on their wedding night.

Of course, the Big Prick in the sky only cared about female virginity.  That's why he was the the Omnipotent One -- not the impotent one.

Then again, if Sky Daddy were impotent, it would explain his attitudes towards women.

He treated Gay men, like a closeted Republican.

In general, Sky Daddy had dominance issues and a blood kink.  That's why the BuyBull reads like torture porn.
