I've completely redesigned all of the web pages that are on this site but outside of the forum. The original design was cloned from the original phpBB theme, dating back to a time before we upgraded the forum software to SMF. Because of the nature of that design, it was difficult to control the appearance of text, especially in the news pages (Atheism News and Science News). In the process I've been able to improve the appearance of the Atheism Videos page too. A new method of embedding the videos in the page that I worked out this week should make it quite pleasant to view these videos directly in the web page. The videos listed on that page are refreshed automatically several times per day, so from one day to the next you may see different videos listed.

And I have completely redesigned the Books page too, it now offers more titles and includes subjects like biology and astronomy..

Lastly, I've added an ads column on the right of the pages that are outside the forum. The items shown are from Amazon. I'm not planning to put advertisements in the forum.

I hope you will like the new appearance of the site. I know for a fact that it is now more search engine friendly. In the end this could result in the growth of our forum community, which I guess would be a good thing.

Thanks to each and every one of you for contributing to the sense of community that is clearly developing here.  I think it's great!

PS: In an unrelated note, I also added some Colbert Report videos to the humor page at UnFox News this week.
