I think we should confine Our Glorious Christian Leader in Guantanamo for a few hundred years and then see if we feel like letting him have a tribunal.

Ask any Iraqi citizen if they think Our Glorious Christian Leader is a terr'ist. You know what the answer will be.

Rachel Maddow, my future ex-wife, says there's a hidden clause in the Military Commissions Act that provides retroactive immunity for everyone involved in the "war on terror". Again, I'm not the least bit surprised.

Maybe this is it:

In General- No person may invoke the Geneva Conventions or any protocols thereto in any habeas corpus or other civil action or proceeding to which the United States, or a current or former officer, employee, member of the Armed Forces, or other agent of the United States is a party as a source of rights in any court of the United States or its States or territories. [Act sec. 5(a)]

The day might yet come when the conspirators that brought us this filthy war will regret how obvious and conspicuous they were in laying the groundwork for their war crimes.

Interesting, isn't it, that this Military Commissions Act was signed the very same night that the Mark Foley scandal broke. Coincidence? You be the judge!
