A heroic American athlete who has fully recovered from a Fundamentalist upbringing, has won this years Tour de France.

Floyd Landis is a shining example for today's youth. His admirable athletic accomplishments and his extremely pleasant demeanor highlight the encouraging truth: It is possible to overcome a religious affliction!

Floyd Landis was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, an area that is a famous example of the bizarre behaviors and anti-human beliefs of Fundamentalist Christians.

His Fundamentalist parents took a dim view of his interest in cycling and they forbid him to wear cycling shorts because, obviously, they are the work of Satan.

So, at the very beginning of his cycling career Floyd won his first race as a teenager while wearing Jesus-approved sweatpants.

Soon Floyd, who had received a delicious sampling of life in the real world, rejected the heaps of bullshit that had been doing him harm, and he proceeded to cure himself of his Fundamentalist upbringing.

Today Floyd Landis is universally respected in the cycling community as a friendly, hard working and soft spoken champion.

Floyd Landis is an inspiration to the young people of America who are struggling under the yoke of religious oppression. By his complete rejection of the insanity and dehumanizing practices of Fundamentalism he has shown that it is not only possible to recover from Fundamentalism, but also that the experience empowers a newly liberated person to achieve great and wonderful things.

We offer our sincere and heartfelt congratulations to Floyd as he prepares for his victory ride into Paris tomorrow. He has won out not only over his competitors in the world's greatest cycling event, he has also crushed the tyranny of Fundamentalism over today's youth.
